When I am recieving headers in the groups or posting messages I get an error saying
Community download: failed Server error 200, error 0x8007000D
But posting still goes through and headers still download

Microsoft's newsserver supports additional features, the so-called Communities Features, which basically allow for additional data to be stored for each message: message type (question, suggestion, comment), helpful or not, recognition status of the poster. This Communities Features have been integrated in Windows Mail, but they are still a bit unsteady. The error message you are quoting above regards to them. It does not hinder the message to be posted, but it does not get the additional data applied, and Windows Mail also failed loading this data for other messages in this group.
More technical put: The NNTP part works as always, the additional web server part has problems, but it is not that important. ;-)

Clatyon, I was wondering if you could help me out a bit, next time you see this error pop up, could you turn on your maintenance logging? tools->options->advanced->maintenance, and check off news. then if you could try to re-enter the group, or do any nntp activity, it will be logged and I could get a better idea why you're having problems with retrieving header info.
Thanks for your time
